The 100 Circle – A Movement of Multiplying Leaders
WHO WE ARE
The 100 Circle is a select, handpicked group of young, next-generation leaders chosen to be taught, trained, and mentored over the coming years. These leaders will form the core leadership groups across the Vision 2000 regions of India—equipped to be trainers of trainers and catalysts of generational transformation.
Rooted in the biblical model of Daniel 1:4 and the apostolic vision of 2 Timothy 2:2, The 100 Circle exists to multiply faithful leaders who will carry the Gospel, cultivate leaders, and transform communities through a chain of entrusted leadership.
OUR MISSION
To identify, equip, and empower 100 faithful leaders who will multiply themselves by entrusting the Gospel to reliable others—creating an unbroken chain of discipleship, leadership, and transformation that impacts communities, generations, and nations for Christ..
OUR PURPOSE
To fuel the vision of ACHIEVE 2040—to establish a life-giving, reproducing church in every village of India—by raising leaders committed to discipleship, servant leadership, and holistic community transformation.

As a member of the 100 Circle…
By God's grace and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, I reaffirm my calling as a servant-leader in the Kingdom of God. I commit to grow in wisdom, walk in humility, and lead with courage.
I will reflect Christ in all I do-mobilizing others, mentoring faithfully, and multiplying leaders for the vision of ACHIEVE 2040-until every village is reached and every generation impacted.
